It's long overdue and I've really been looking forward to it, not least because I feel like I've bared quite a bit of my soul to you with our various interviews Dave, so I'm looking forward to you bearing some of yours.

Absolutely. So I wonder if you could just start off by telling us what you're up to at the moment.

I know that you host the number of podcasts. Can you tell our Spycast listeners about the kind of things that you're involved in at the moment with CyberWire?

I'd say that the primary thing that I do here at CyberWire is host our daily podcast, which is a daily news briefing.

It's about 20 minutes every day Monday through Friday, which we like to describe as the essential news that folks who are cyber security professionals or even enthusiasts need to know to stay up to date on the latest goings on in cyber security.

And that's a combination of a newscast and then we have usually a couple of interviews as well on that show.

So that's Monday through Friday. I do a couple of other shows. I do a weekly show called Hacking Humans, which is focused on social engineering.

I do another weekly show called caveat, which is co-hosted with Ben Yellen from the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security.

That's focused on lawn policy. We do a show called Research Saturday where I talk to a different researcher every weekend to get the details on whatever cyber security research they're doing.
