I just got done interviewing J.R. Blount assistant coach for Iowa State basketball.

Of course under head coach T.J. Altsberger have known J.R. now for a little bit we have a little bit of a run in when he was at

Drake but I basically known him for about a year you ask anybody in the business

and this guy has future head coach written all over him and this was a

really really fun podcast a lot of times we do these coach interviews and most of time these guys really open up most of

times they do every once in a while you'll get one who opens up so much it kind of

surprises you and JR was like that today. He was just the insight we get into his

mindset and the program's mindset is really uncanny. I really really enjoyed this and learned a lot and I think you guys will too. So that's
