mcrit wee. This is the first of two parts of discussion of electrical storm. And I'm joined by

Trina Augustin, who at the recording of this podcast is very pregnant, but at the time of publication

of this podcast has a beautiful baby boy.

And we first discuss electrical storm for general ED and critical care patients.

We'll do a part two where we'll actually discuss electrical storm for patients already on VA ECMO.

That will be of interest to a more limited audience. This one should be of

interest to everyone. So I've already had posts and podcasts on MCRIT for still a ganglion block,

which we cover very briefly here, because there's a complete podcast on it, and on dual sequential

defibrillation, which I have two separate podcasts and posts on with

Sheldon Cheskies. So you should check all those out, but I realize like we don't have any context

for those. Now we do. This is a fantastic discussion on the therapies, the anti-dysrhythmics,

when to call for ECMO, all sorts of stuff for electrical storm. So I know you're going to love it.

than you were last time. People might have listened. Trina, what point in your pregnancy are you at

if we're allowed to say it on the air? I'm officially 38 weeks and counting the days of maybe even hours so this little guy comes out.
