What we're going to go through on today is going to be kind of spicy, but I pray that it helps us.

And I was having this conversation with the brother.

He said, man, ever since I came to Christ, I just feel like my life is filled with ups and downs.

Anybody felt like that?

Like when I was doing my own thing, when I was turning up,

life was good.

But ever since I tried this Jesus stuff, my life has been filled with ups and downs and ups and downs and ups and ups and downs and I try to give him this perspective I said you know when you go to a hospital

there's this monitor and on this monitor there's something else that goes up and down and I want you to see this heart monitor

Because I think God is so awesome the way he wired you is that your literal heartbeat goes up and down.

Up and down.

So let me challenge your perspective.

If you feel as though your life is filled with ups and downs, that means you're alive. But if your life ever flat lines

and it's no longer having a pulse this means you're dead can we give God praise for the ups and

downs because it means I'm still alive I'm still here in the land of the living and I want to go to work so if you could could
