An entitled jerk screams at me through the bathroom stall, furious with me that I took a bathroom

break from my job, instead of providing customer service for him exactly when he needed it.

And I'm honestly still blown away by this interaction. Here's what happened. Okay, so I'm working

overnight at a double tree inn last night, and by 1.30 in the morning, there was one reservation

left to check in.

Thinking they probably weren't going to show up, I decided that this was a good time for

bathroom break. So, I put up the be-back soon sign, and I head off to the men's restroom.

Now, I'll spare you the details, but as I was halfway through, someone literally walked into

the men's restroom and then started screaming.

I need to check in. Is anybody

here? For a moment, I was too surprised to properly answer, but my customer service mask went on

quick enough for me to respond. I said to them, I'll be glad to help you once I'm finished.

Please, just wait at the desk and I'll be there soon to help you out. Well, that's when this entitled jerk marched up to my stall door. You're supposed to be

at the desk. I need to check in right now. I've been driving for 12 hours. Now, in response, I just

continued my business, because you know what? I have no work remorse. And this guy is probably the most

inconsiderate person I've ever heard of in my life. I then finally say, I'll be glad to help you once I'm finished, sir.

Please wait at the desk and I'll throw in a free breakfast for your trouble.

He backs up from the stall door but doesn't leave the men's restroom as I literally

finish my business and get my pants on.

I exit the stall and there he is.

Some 90-year-old white guy wearing khaki shorts with a polo shirt and grass-stained white sneakers,

just skin and bones and a deranged sense of entitlement.
