In fact, I want you right now, just do me a favor. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment,

Jesus invites you to rest and to know that unforced rhythm of grace, where there's an ebb and a flow to your life. And I often on this show talk about the condition of our soul

because Jesus cared so much about the condition of our soul. It is wise for us to pay attention to what's

going on in our soul. And Jesus says, I'm going to give you rest to your soul. I'm going to

restore your soul. Maybe yours is not a weariness from overcommitment. Maybe you're just weary from the

chaos of the culture. But either way, your soul needs rest. Well, you must know. God is all about that
