Well, it was a good homecoming for Bregman.

I mean, he homered in that one, but still didn't get the win.

Garrett Crochet, the worst outing for him since becoming a Red Sox player. They got to, you know, they got to get off this little slump that they were on. You know what they could use some starting pitching depth? Yeah, well, I did see, aren't they calling up some guy, some lefty? they're calling up a pitcher right now, but it's like that doesn't help. Like, it doesn't, that's not what the people want. The people wanted some type of flashy pitcher that you were going to get at the trade deadline to help out Crochet. But in your, I mean, Curtis, you're the baseball guy. When you look at Crochet's outing yesterday, is that just him getting tired?

Or, I mean, he went four innings?

He said that he switched up his pitching style watching film of the Astros going into it.

Yeah, it is going to be the storyline because he's entering uncharted territory.

He hasn't had a full season.

Something Scheim accurately discussed prior to the season that this is going to be something that is a,

for a team that is in contention, this is exactly why you needed to bring in at least one,

maybe two starters, because Crochet is your most important player.

And he needs to be rested.

He was rested given an extra two days out of the All-Star break.

He was given an extra two days after his start in the last series.

I don't think he's all of a sudden sucks,
