What we like to do in the morning is coffee. We love coffee.

First I start this. Notice that this kettle is advanced, at least for us, it has different temperatures.

This is the only kettle that I get. This kettle is a dream. They're not sponsoring me. I'm not sponsored. I don't even know who makes this kettle. Then, while that's boiling, I generally take my supplements. At least recently, it take NAC, so NAC, I take Berberine. Right now I'm trying out saffron. Every single day I'll take vitamin D. While the coffee is cooling down, I go on this vibration machine and I do some mental exercises. I'm a fairly private person, so I'm not going to say exactly what I'm doing, but it's for my cognition. Verbal acuity, facts, mental notes, something like a cognitive exercise I do over here.

And I attempt to look at the sun because Andrew Huberman said this is extremely important in the morning to get a certain amount of sunlight in your eyes immediately.

I suffer from fairly crippling insomnia. For instance, last night I only slept for just a couple hours and it's been consistently like that because we're moving into this office, which you'll see at some point.
