hi everyone welcome to in bloom podcast um or welcome back if you're returning my name's abby Abby Aslan and I'm the host of this podcast.

How's everyone doing this week? I, for one, have had just like a week from hell. I don't really

know where everybody else is at and if this has been like a universal experience this week.

But it's been a rough one. And this week's episode, I'm just going to be sharing

my current obsessions, like things I'm loving, fall favorites, that kind of thing. Some of them are

like fall focused, but then some of them aren't. I honestly haven't like immersed myself into

the season enough yet and to do like an entire episode of

fall favorites but I did incorporate the things that like are related to fall that I'm loving

so that will be sprinkled throughout for the festive spirit and the rest of it's just kind

of like you know my typical like home, like, lifestyle type of things,

clothes, like, anything like that, books, like, just things I, like, am enjoying in my life

right now, like that kind of thing. So I just thought it'd be a fun, lighthearted episode for me

to do because I just don't have the, I didn't have the emotional energy to, like, plan

something more intense this weekend. I feel like a lot of my like

last episodes have like been very like I don't know. I'm I always put a lot into them obviously

because like I plan for them. But the last handful of episodes I feel like have been a lot more

emotionally involved on my end. Like it's required me to do a lot of getting like beneath the surface and like just

being comfortable saying things that like, you know,

maybe a bit vulnerable or like whatever it may be.

But all of that requires like emotional energy and I simply do not have any emotional
