I'm so grateful.

I haven't seen anyone in my family for almost a year and that might I mean my you know the family that I grew up with.

The one that live on the main 48 right? Yes exactly So they live in California and my brother and sister-in-law and two nephews came over.

Very last-minute decision, we're getting to stay in this incredible location.

It like all came together so perfectly. It was like, wow, this is really, really cool. So I'm grateful to bring some of the ocean vibe here for all of you today. And Anne, let's start with the intensity scale.

Last week we had a 7-8,

which some people said in the chat,

like, oh, it's funny that that's like a mild week now.

Like we're all so used to like 50 or 12 or whatever. And we're all grateful for a 7-8. What would you give this week?

I think this week's actually going to be a 6-7-8 in there too you know it's going to depend on

it's going to depend on how you take it is probably the best way.

Mars is still stopped. He is now I mean he he's been at the same degree since November 1st. And as of the 24th, he starts to move off of 15.

So we're gonna feel like a forward motion.

Again, we are back at July, July 25th, where Mars was back then. So think about what your August was like and then go,
