part one go back and listen that was out yesterday and today we're picking back up with

the stories of Debbie and Dorothea Allen.

You guys, do I have a doozy of a case for you?

So this is a wanted segment

and we don't get a lot of information

about the person who was victimized

and we don't get a lot of information about the attacker initially.

The person who was victimized in this segment goes by Debbie, so that's what the segment is sort of called.

I saw it, I've seen it referred to as Shotgun Debbie which I think is in very poor taste.

No I don't like that.

Yeah, so March 22nd 1990 on business route 95 just outside of Fayetteville, North Carolina, State Troopers, Chris

Do, and Ron Knight stop to compare notes during a routine patrol.

So basically, see it on the side of the highway all the time.

There's two cop cars and their front sides are parallel to each other and they're

sort of talking through the window. Right. So Ron Knight says about two minutes into the conversation a

lady walked out of the woods about 75 yards away and started toward the

officers staggering. The other trooper had a set of binoculars and he looked at her through the binoculars and saw that she appeared to be injured.

She had blood on her shoulders and she was walking toward them slowly.
