Children make fewer decisions every day.

By many estimates, the average child makes about 3,000 decisions in a day.

One of the toughest decisions many of us make, from day to day, is what to eat or drink.

When deciding what we eat, we usually consider

how much we like the taste of different foods, but finding foods that are healthy and nutritious

is also important. There are so many foods that are super yummy that are also healthy, but there

is an ingredient that can be found in many foods, especially less

healthy foods, that many of us find so irresistible. Let's learn all about that ingredient
