Hello! And welcome back to the Curious Kid Podcast. Here at Curious Kid Podcast,

we get lots of episode topic suggestions. A lot goes into deciding which topics we get curious about

from week to week. We love the fact that we are a general knowledge podcast, so we can get curious about from week to week. We love the fact that we are a general

knowledge podcast, so we can get curious about one thing one week, and then something totally

different than next week. Another thing we consider when picking topics is episode length. Most

episodes of the podcast are anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes long. There are some

topics we don't cover because we're not sure if we can make a 15 to 20 minute episode full

of fun facts on the topic. Occasionally, there are some topics that are so enormous, we are

concerned that we can't possibly keep the episode short enough

and still get to all the big points.

When I first considered the topic for this week, I wasn't sure I could squeeze enough

out of the topic to fill up at least 15 minutes.

Olivia had the same concern about the episode we did on crayons a few weeks ago,

but we made it to 15 minutes in that episode, barely.

When researching the topic for this week, I was delighted to find so many fun and fascinating facts.

So let's see if we can get to 15 minutes of learning awesomeness this week. I love a challenge. Maybe we can get to 15 minutes of learning awesomeness this week.
