Hello And welcome back to the Curious Kid podcast, episode number 100.

Now that we are at this milestone, let's share some of the history behind the podcast.

We started Curious Kid Podcast when I was just four years old.

When Olivia was younger, I would put her to bed every night while my wife Heather put Noah down for bed.

As part of our nighttime routine, I would sit in a chair in Olivia's room

and we would talk. I would often ask my dad questions on things I was curious about.

And I would try my best to answer her questions. Sometimes I had to look the answers up.

Well, a funny thing happened when Heather and I met with

Olivia's teachers. They told us that Olivia would go to school the next day and teach some of her

friends at school the stuff we were learning together at bedtime. That's when my dad had the

idea for Curious Kid Podcast. I just figured that since Olivia and I both love to learn new things and to teach others,

we can turn the whole thing into a podcast.

And I'm so glad we did.

Thank you so much for being part of this wonderful journey.

Over the last two years of podcasting, Olivia has suggested podcast topics

that wound up becoming some of our most popular episodes. Of course, for episode 100, I think it's a

great idea to let Olivia select our topic. Olivia, what are we getting curious about this week?

This week, we are getting curious about peacocks.

That's such a fantastic topic.

Peacocks are so beautiful and fun to look at, and there is one coincidence about peacocks.
