or from somewhere far away, like a different continent, there is a pretty good chance

we have some of the same food franchises within a

reasonable distance from our homes. Let's take McDonald's, for example. Do you live close to a

McDonald's? Chances are you do, and that's because there are about 44,000 McDonald's restaurants

worldwide, and McDonald's can be found in more than

100 different countries. Same thing for places like Domino's and Taco Bell. These fast food

restaurants seem to be all over the place. Well, there is one fast food restaurant that came onto the scene back in

1948, and now they have about 14,000 locations worldwide in 46 different countries, and they

made a decision eight years ago that upset lots of their customers. Are you wondering what

I'm talking about? Well what I'm talking about?

Well, I'm talking about Duncan, or as I prefer to call them,

Dunkin' Donuts.

For the first 70 years of their existence, they were Dunkin' Donuts.

But then they made the awful decision to drop the word donuts from their name.

And now they're just Duncan.

Well, listeners, we're here to tell you that we are not going to abandon donuts like Duncan did.
