think U.S. history is interesting, I challenge you to listen to our presidential mini episodes

cheese. Awesome. Cheese is super yummy and there are so many different cheeses. I bet there is a lot to learn.

You probably know that cheese comes from milk, but how does that work? How does milk turn into cheese?

That's a great question, and I didn't really know the answer until we did research for this

episode. What's the question of the week? The question of the week is, how many pounds of milk

do you need to make one pound of cheese?

Very interesting.
