Hello and welcome back to the Curious Kid podcast. We got curious about airplanes

seven years ago in episode 17 of the podcast. In that episode, five-year-old Olivia

interviewed a pilot to learn all about airplanes.

If you haven't heard that episode yet, you should give it a listen. I assure you you won't be

disappointed. Well, if you ever want to fly in an airplane, there is a place you're going to

need to go to first. And that, of course, is the airport. From a distance, it's easy to look at airports

as just big buildings where people gather when they are planning to get on or off an airplane.

But airports are so much more than that. So buckle up and keep your tray tables in the upright

position because we're about to get curious.
