I've waited a long time to have Nirov Tolia on the Playbook. He's the CEO and co-founder of Next Door,

Nirav. 1992, my first exit was to Thompson Reuters for $3.4 billion in 1995.

And everybody laughed at me, scoffed at me, and made fun of me when I graduated law school

learned as a founder. And I always like to get into the playbook of the mindset. What's been your
