Alex and welcome to dear Alice. Well, thank you ladies. I appreciate you having me on. It's so exciting.

I love working with Alice Lane and all the folks there and I'm excited to be here.

Awesome. Well, Alex, can you tell us a little bit about who you work for and what your role within the company

is or if you have a favorite part of your role that you can tell us about?

You know my favorite part of this job is recognizing that I'm a steward of my grandfather's

company.

My grandfather started the business back in 1959. My dad's been running it for about 40 years. He's our CEO and president.

And I'm currently our executive vice president of sales, but I also consider myself, and this is a

self-appointed title of Cultural Ambassador.

So what that means is I've been, you know, I've been working with my dad's team for the first half of my

career and the second half of my career has been one of building my team for the future and so what I really do is try to breed a culture of productivity

enjoy you know most of Americans don't necessarily like going to work on Mondays, but I love coming to work on Monday, and I try to impart that on our folks.

So we hire people that are happy, hardworking, honest, and love to come in to work on a Monday rather than begrudgingly, you know, drag themselves in with their cup of coffee.

So, like I said, I manage our sales team nationwide and internally.

And that's a new role for me.

So it's a bit of a challenge, but I've been learning for the past year or so
