0:47.8	Russell Lefeats Criminal Trial. The first criminal trial in all of the Murdock cases
0:53.5	is just weeks away. And as we get closer to the November 7th date, things are getting
0:58.8	really heated and surprisingly cutthroat, even for this case.
1:03.6	So this week, Liz, Eric, and I talked about what went down last week in federal court
1:09.6	when Palmetto State Bank made the very unusual move of intervening in the case in an effort
1:16.2	to prevent Russell from using a secret recording that he says will prove that the board knew
1:24.3	what he was doing.
1:26.2	This is a big deal. Up until now, Palmetto State Bank has maintained that Russell acted
1:32.7	alone, particularly when he used the bank's money to pay PMPED back for half of the $1.3
1:40.7	million that Alec allegedly stole from Arthur Badger.
1:45.1	So just when you think these cases couldn't get any more dramatic, here we are.
