We've covered Andrew Cuomo quite a bit, the governor of New York, but we're seeing a

very different Andrew Cuomo as of late and he went to a press briefing and it sounded

like this.

Take a look.

All right.

We simply cannot stay closed until the vaccine hits critical mass.

The cost is too high.

We will have nothing left to open.

We must reopen the economy but we must do it smartly and safely.

Boy, does that sound familiar?

That sounds like perhaps we cannot have the cure be worse than the disease.

We've got to open safely.

Isn't that what the great Burlington Declaration has been saying from the beginning that we cannot

hide from this virus?

We need to protect those that are high risk and let the rest of the people get back

to work.

But we destroy the nation that we live in.

The greatest economy the world has ever seen sounds like Cuomo is really having a

change of heart.

But my question, Jeff, where is this coming from?

Is this because has the infection rate gone down?

Do they think they've won this thing in New York?
