About, obviously, the Texas shooting is the thing everybody's still talking about today.

And there are, as expected, some updates on this shooting.

It was previously reported that when the shooter first entered the school,

he was confronted by an armed resource school or school resource officer that no shots were fired and that the shooter was able to get inside of the building anyway.

It's now being reported that this was not actually the case and that despite earlier reports, there was no school resource officer and the shooter

entered the school through an unlocked door.

Now I'm not sure how they could get this piece of information wrong.

It would seem it would be pretty easy to clarify to

verify that fact either through a school camera or through just looking at the

employee records to see who was supposed to work that day. That is unless someone was
