Before I welcome our guests, I want to make a brief announcement about our very exciting live show in Austin, Texas next week.

We are performing at South by Southwest on Thursday, March 17th.

Yes, that is St. Patrick's Day, at 12 noon. Our performance is going to be

at the Austin Convention Center in Exhibit Hall 3-4, the melodiously named Exhibit Hall 3-4.

And if you have a shiny badge to South by Southwest to any of the festivals, film, interactive, or

music, you can come on and see us, and we really hope you will. We'd love to see you there.

For those of you who do not have the magical golden tickets to South by Southwest, we will also be meeting listeners and whoever else cares to come for drinks at the Iron Cactus, located nearby on Trinity Street. So please come join us there.

Iron Cactus 115, Exhibit Hall 3-4 beforehand at noon. This is on Thursday, March 17th. And for eagle-eared listeners, do Eagles have good ears? I don't know. But for keen-eared listeners, the Thursday taping time means that the culture gab-fest will appear in your feed on Friday. And the political

gab fest has kindly offered to record early next week. And so their podcast will show up in your

feed on Wednesday. So do not freak out. We will return to the normal order of things the week

after next. But next week, you'll get the political gab fest on Wednesday and the culture

gab fest on Friday. Hopefully it will not scramble your life up too much.
