We've talked a lot about the concern about the rate of people having kids dropping to like

1.6 and kind of the... Less than replacement rate.

Less is exactly correct. So this author is proposing a new or additional reason why

millennials and Gen Zers might be having less kids. She writes this. She says, there are a few
