Thank you. Thanks for having me. I'm really excited to be here.

Welcome to me about your background and then what formed the premise of Farm From a Box?

You know, when I look back, I don't really know if there's any way that I couldn't become a horticulturist.

So my degrees in horticulture, I come from a long line of farmers and growers on both sides of my family. So it's always been something I was interested in.

But really my interest in this work came from helping my dad turn our tiny little Milwaukee backyard into a really productive fruit and vegetable garden when I was a kid.

And, you know, when I was young, I didn't really realize the significance of that. But when I got into high school in college, I realized that that really wasn't a common experience for everyone.

So, you know, that was such a formative experience, both growing the food that we ate, but also realizing that other people weren't quite as lucky.
