1:02.0	We're left with, as the court mentioned earlier, three misdemeanors and obstruction of solicitation and a contempt charge, which carries within a maximum corner of my calculations two years and possible $2,500 fine.
1:14.0	The only thing I would add in addition to the things that have been argued in the previous two bond hearings is my client has been a model inmate.
1:24.0	These charges are not of a violent nature.
1:27.0	There is no previous criminal record regarding my client and Indian other jurisdiction that we're aware of.
1:34.0	Our access to funds is extremely limited.
1:37.0	I think the court has issued in order previously outlining that if my client were bailed out or bonded out that there were certain restrictions in place that weren't fine with keeping those restrictions.
1:48.0	We think ultimately that the million dollar bond isn't reflective of the current charges that we've asked for.
1:53.0	The court will reduce it to $100,000.
