Valo led police on a wild goose chase trying to find her children.

JJ entirely was much, much later that their remains dismembered, burned, buried, and

a pet cemetery were found.

Finally, we will see Laurie Valo be arraigned on charges of first degree murder and conspiracy

to commit murder.

Her court appearance is set for next Tuesday in the Fremont County Courthouse of Idaho.

The first time she will be seen in court since last May when she was indicted by a grand

jury.

So here's what's happening now.

According to the court, order Valo's competencies now restored.

She's fit to proceed and she will no longer be in the custody of the Department of Health

and Wellfare transferred from an Idaho State Hospital to the Fremont County Sheriff ahead

of her Raymond.

Last June, Valo has been deemed incompetent for more than 270 days.
