Just hours after a donation from Eric Holder’s “National Democratic Redistricting Committee” had been deposited in the Democratic Party of Virginia’s campaign coffers they began to try a scheme so brazen it boggles the mind. First, they want to remove a Constitutional amendment regarding how the Commonwealth’s representative districts are drawn, then they want to create a work around to circumvent the amendment process that has been in place as long as there’s been a Virginia.
