training over the next hour because let's be honest here, it's absolutely freezing. Holy

Mother's Milk is up and cold here in Chicago. So I just want to start thinking ahead a little

bit about flowers blooming, about brighter sunny days ahead and baseball hopefully right around the corner as of this

taping i am pre-recording this episode justin turner has just signed with the chicago cubs

i think this is a good solid signing for the chicago cubs i don't really think it tips the scales

one way or the other of whether all of a sudden now the chicago cubs are going to 100 games and go all the way and win the pennant. But the good news about Justin Turner is that he

has some experience, a little bit experience playing third base. I don't think you're going to see a lot of

him there. He is 40 years old. His metrics aren't very good at the third base position. But look,

if you were trying to bank on the possibility of Matt Shaw taking the position

at third base and running with it, you still have to have the guy sit for a couple of days
