Cuba says they have completely run out of fuel, and they're blaming us.

Massive protests breaking out in Havana.

They've got blackouts, some of the worst that they've had in decades. Their energy minister admitting the country essentially run out

of fuel reserve saying, we have no fuel. We ain't got none. By the way, the last Russian oil

tanker docked in Havana on March 30th, that was it. No more shipments, no call, no explanation.

Russia previously supplied roughly one out of eight barrels of oil that Cuba needed monthly.

And then it just stopped, not because of sanctions, not because their deal collapsed.

Russia just stopped showing up.

It was like they forgot or something.
