All right, Alexander, let's do an update on what is happening with Cuba.

We still got a sea blockade.

We have meetings taking place between US and Cuban military officials.

And it doesn't look like we have any Russian ships heading to Cuba with oil or energy,

resources, food, and anything like that going on?

I don't know.

Have you seen anything going on with Russia providing support to Cuba or China for that matter?

Right.

There was another tanker which apparently had 275,000 barrels of oil. And it was steaming towards Cuba. And then supposedly,

I mean, I'm getting all this from the media here, supposedly it stopped before it reached Cuba.

And then it stayed around close to Cuba for a while, and then it was redirected towards Brazil.

So presumably because it needs to refueling itself and maintenance, we can't give ships at sea indefinitely.

So big question, did the tanker fail to reach Cuba because the Americans

said that it shouldn't go there and the Russians decided that they were not going to challenge

the American blockade? Or did it happen because the Cubans turned it away?

Now, again, that may sound very strange,

but given that the Cubans are involved in very intense negotiations with the Americans,

it may be that they do not want to see Russian tankers reach Cuba at this time, even with desperately needed oil,

because my senses, and it always has been, that for the Cuban leadership, the priority at the

moment, what they really want to do is to come to some kind of understanding with the Americans.
