Ladies, we have a special treat on the podcast today. If you've listened for a while, then you know that I've talked about quite a bit how I think it's

important that we get up in the morning and get

dressed and try to present our best self to the world that helps us to feel better about

ourselves. I think it helps us to accomplish more. It's just a good rule of thumb to be going

along with. And sometimes it can kind of be hard to figure out what it is we should be wearing or what looks good on us or

what is actually our style. And today I have Amanda Warfield on the show and she's coming out

with a course that is all about helping us figure out all of those things and create a capsule

wardrobe once you have all that information. It was super fun to be

able to get to talk to her and see what her thoughts on getting dressed are and share some of

my thoughts on getting dressed and finding your style and your colors and all that kind of thing.

It was a super fun conversation and I hope you guys really enjoy it. But before we hop into that
