welcome back. Oh, thanks. I'm so happy to have you here because you were a big part of my move

and we'll talk about that in the episode. But basically, that's what this episode is about,

you guys. We're talking about the fact that we

finally have a house and we moved and what that means and what that looks like and so yeah

that's what this show's going to be all about so yeah so i think we'll get started by talking

about how i even found this place.

Basically, I mean, I have had my eye on and off the market for rentals, I mean, since I moved out.

But there came a point this spring where things were just getting so much harder with our current living situation

and we knew it just wasn't sustainable. And especially with summer coming, I was getting kind of

freaked out about how I was going to be able to work with my kids being off of school and still

being able to be present and be a good mom to them.

And I knew that, like, the way we were living, my recording equipment was at my parents' house,

and that's usually where I would go to work during the day.

But then we were sleeping at my grandma's house.
