And we're taking a hard look at self-care and how we can do this well as moms.

And so Leah and I wanted to talk today about how we do that, how

people can kind of figure out what is nourishing and self-care for them and kind of some of the

things, yeah, that we do. So let's do it. Let's do it. So what do you do? What are some big things

and small things that you do to take care of yourself,

emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually? Has a lot of ease. I know. I, so I am a little bit

older than you, McKenzie, which is good for the mix here on the show. And one of the most important

things for me that I've been doing for a long time is this kind of my morning routine

and the rhythm of getting up earlier than anybody else in the house.

So I'm ready for my children and for my day and preparing myself for that.

And in that, that routine generally includes reading my Bible, journaling, filling in my gratitude journal, having a really good cup of coffee and just being quiet,

you know, just sitting in the choir.

Also part of the routine is going for a walk.

We live on a park, so it's dead easy to walk.
