I'm doing great.

I'm excited for the episode tonight.

Yeah, so am I at Coffee Talk.

We're always ready for that next cup of coffee,

but tonight we actually have something really awesome. We've been talking about it for a little bit.

You know, a few episodes ago, we were talking about the switch pitcher at Mississippi State,

Duranchalo Sinchay, and that led to the conversation of MLB's, I believe, still only switch pitcher.

So we happen to have him, Mr. Pat Van Detty, Pat, thank you so much for being on with us.

Yeah, excited to be on, fellas.

Yeah, so first of all, I can't imagine how difficult it was to learn how to throw from both sides, Pat.

Was that a hard process for you?

I started young enough to where it was difficult, but not as hard as it would be if, you know,

you try to do something as an adult. I tried to swing a golf club the other day left-handed,

and it felt like I'd never swung a golf club before. So it's one of those things

if you start it young enough, you can teach it to some degree, but there's just something about,

for me at least, you know, God given right hand, it is my ability and that's just how it is. And I know

there's people out there that can do things both hands. But without

a lot of practice, that that's not me. Like I can't shoot baskets, left-handed. I can't golf, bowling,
