I've been tweeting a little bit about it, but I've been trying to diet because my doctor says I need to

lose some weight, and I know I need to lose some weight, I need to get in shape.

Part of it is tough because I'm also awaiting a call to finally get my ADHD diagnosis

figured out, which is hard because when you have ADHD, it's really hard to organize your life

and to create new habits in general.

Sure.

It's actually incredibly tough.
