We're commencing a podcast. Oh, wow, okay.

And sometimes we talk about video games, and sometimes we talk about movies. It's kind

of familiar to the Super Best friend cast, but it's not quite the same. It's something

new. And I would like to let people know that starting this week, this podcast will feature

surprise mechanics. Now, I know you might be wondering to yourself, were they, did they

start late today? Late? It's for surprise mechanic, right? You didn't see it coming. You

didn't know when it was going to go down. I was thinking you were doing a weird new bit,

but it turns out it was just a surprise mechanic. You had no idea what was happening. Surprise

mechanics, surprise, completely ethical surprises, always and forever, because as long as

you, hey, you know what, the data shows Pat that people love surprises. So this podcast

is introducing surprise mechanics as a full-time feature. And now anytime anything unexpected

happens, guess what? Surprise mechanic. We know you love it. That's why we do it. You know,

the data shows people love surprises. I know so many people that fucking hate surprises.

I feel that's actually much more common for people to go, I fucking hate surprises. So

I always remember this one bit where Bob Kelly, the comedian, always talks about once when

he's like, he's never, he's never had a surprise birthday party and he's always wanted

one. And his wife was planning going for him. And like, it was, and it was one of these

things. It was like late in life, you know, like she really got all of the friends together

and he planned the whole thing. And then like two weeks before, he gets a call from Patrice
