where every Saturday we discuss the art of dragon saying.

Last couple weeks, we've been discussing the dragon named Frantix, and how he uses the

busyness of the world to distract us from the most important things that can help us grow in our

relationship with God, like prayer and scripture. As we come to the end of the month of May,

the month of Mary, I like to talk about another spiritual

weapon given to us by our Mother Mary, which is the rosary. The rosary is my sword that I

always keep in my sheath, and I try to say a rosary every day, although frantic's not only

tries to keep me from even saying the rosary, he also distracts me while I'm trying to pray

the rosary. The rosary uses a combination of both prayer and scripture to help us meditate on the life of Jesus.

It's kind of like Mary's scrapbook of her son.

You know how moms are with scrapbooks of their kids?

They write down everything, like your first words, your first bath, your first haircut, your first step.

And they keep things like locks of hair and fingernails.

I guess your mom knows that you're destined to be a saint, so she's collecting relics for your canonization.

Nobody knows a person better than their mom. So if we really want to get to know Jesus, the chief

dragon's sayer, then we should ask Mary. And if we do, Mary hands us a rosary. This weapon is so powerful it makes

dragons flee. When I was a kid, my mom often made us say a family rosary on Friday nights.

The church recommends certain mysteries for each day of the week, and in Friday she recommends
