Hey there, Sprouse. Today is Thursday, December 17th, 2020. Today is also the feast day of St. Hildegard. Now, St. Hildegard lived a very long time ago in the times of castles. And she is a remarkable state who started to have

0:40.3

divine visions when she was as young as three years old. She went to live with the community

0:47.4

of sisters when she was still very young. And she began to write down her visions. Eventually,

0:53.6

she shared her writing with the Pope, who was so inspired and impressed that he encouraged her to keep writing.

1:30.5

enjoying the third week of Advent by talking about how to wait well. We've talked about how

1:54.8

talk about peace. Now if you have done any advent crafts, you likely know that there are certain little words, you know, that you can do crafts with words written on candles and all sorts of things.

2:07.1

And peace is one of the words that we associate with Advent.

2:12.0

But peace can be a little bit tricky because we know peace is, of course, being without anxiety or worry, being content with

2:21.9

what is going on. We can sometimes think that it's something we need to work hard to achieve.

2:27.6

We need to just be peaceful. But if you've ever tried to be peaceful, you might know that if you really are trying very hard

2:35.9

or you're worried about being peaceful, you won't be able to be peaceful.

2:41.7

In fact, here, today I'm going to share the actual key to being at peace.
