So today is a wonderful day to praise God for how great he takes care of us and to praise him

1:59.9

It is the death of the holy innocence. That's what we say.

2:04.6

This is something you probably have heard about when you read the gospel. But here is what happened.

2:11.2

When the magi were traveling through, they stopped and saw King Herod. And King Herod, who was a Jew himself, although a very proud and violent man, not living out

2:25.0

his Jewish faith at all, he wondered why they were heading through his land and they talked to him

2:31.6

about the star.

2:33.1

Of course, King Heron knew the prophecy of Micah. He knew

2:37.0

that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem, but he also desperately wanted to be the single

2:43.7

person in power. He didn't want anyone to interfere with his power. So he told the magi a lie. He told them to go find this king

2:54.6

and then to come back and tell him so he could go and worship this king himself. Secretly, of course,

3:00.7

we know that Herod simply wanted to go and kill the Messiah. Now, the Magi knew this,
