| 0:00.0 | You're listening to Catholic Sprouts, the daily podcast for Catholic kids that strives to plant seeds of faith. |
| 0:29.2 | Hey there, Sprouts. Today is Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. This week on the Catholic Sprouts podcast, we are getting to know Jesus Christ. This is the beginning of a journey that |
| 0:35.3 | will be on for several weeks around here. |
| 0:38.0 | So we are laying the groundwork. |
| 0:41.0 | And today, we are embarking on a true detective series. |

| 1:47.4 | big factors that prove, without a doubt, that Jesus was a real person is that there are historical |
| 1:54.5 | accounts written by people that were not Christian that write about Jesus Christ. |
| 2:02.1 | Now, one of these accounts comes from a Jewish person. |
| 2:06.7 | He acknowledges that Jesus was a true person, that he really lived, but he didn't believe |
| 2:13.4 | that Jesus Christ was Lord. |
| 2:15.6 | Now, why is it so important that a Jewish historian who didn't even |
| 2:20.1 | believe that Jesus was God wrote about him? But because it proves that he was real. This Jewish historian |
