| 0:00.0 | You're listening to Catholic Sprouts, the daily podcast for Catholic kids that strives to plant seeds of faith. |
| 0:29.4 | Hey there, Sprouts. Today is Tuesday, April 28, 2020. This week on the Catholic Sprouts podcast, we are doing a tribute to all of the brave and amazing healthcare workers that |
| 0:35.2 | have brought us through the corona pandemic. Yesterday we talked about my |
| 0:40.3 | favorite saint, St. Martin DePoras, and today we are talking about another incredible saint. |
| 0:46.3 | This saint was a trained doctor and lived a life of remarkable hope and holiness. |
| 0:53.6 | Today we are going to talk about St. Giuseppe |
| 0:55.9 | Muscate. Now, St. Giuseppe, which is Italian for Joseph, but we'll call him St. Giuseppe, |

| 1:43.3 | normal, to live on his own, to hold a job. And what was |
| 1:48.1 | hardest of all, he would always live a life of pain. There was really no treatment at the time to |
| 1:54.5 | deal with the chronic and horrible pain that his brother experienced. So his brother returned to |
| 2:00.6 | his parents' house. Giuseppe was still there |
| 2:03.0 | as a young boy, and his heart broke for his brother, and he took it upon himself to really care for his |
| 2:09.2 | brother and find a way to help him not suffer so much pain. So Giuseppe tried all sorts of things. Eventually, in desperation, he started to |
| 2:21.9 | pray with his brother. They were both Catholic. Their family was very devout Catholic. And they |
| 2:28.0 | started to pray together and together to really learn their faith more completely and to place more of their lives in God's |
