| 0:00.0 | You're listening to Catholic Sprouts, the daily podcast for Catholic kids that strives to plant seeds of faith. |
| 0:17.2 | Hey there, Sprouts. Today is Monday, January 20th, 2020. This week on the Catholic Spouts |
| 0:28.5 | podcast, we are going to move on to the sacrament of Holy Eucharist. But before we start |
| 0:35.6 | that, let's talk about today's saints. Today is actually the |
| 0:38.8 | feast day of two saints, St. Fabian and St. Sebastian. Now, there are a lot of cool |
| 0:45.2 | saints in our Catholic Church, but St. Sebastian might be one of the cooler ones. So St. Sebastian |

| 1:47.6 | took him. They nursed him back to health, and he made a full recovery. Now, most of us might go |
| 1:55.0 | run and hide because we luckily escaped execution, but not St. Sebastian. |
| 2:01.5 | St. Sebastian went back to the emperor and told him just how horrible it was that Christians were being treated in this way. |
| 2:10.5 | Well, the emperor was shocked to see the St. Sebastian was alive, but he was unconvinced by St. Sebastian's argument, and he once again |
| 2:19.4 | sentenced him to death, and this time the executioners were successful. So St. Sebastian practiced |
| 2:27.4 | his Christian faith, his belief in Jesus Christ boldly, even though he knew that his life would be |
