Today is Wednesday, May 8th, 2019. This week on the Catholic Sprouts podcast,

we are talking about the divine mercy. Now, we have already talked about what mercy is,

and that it is simply love's second name, that any time we show mercy to someone that is suffering in pain or trapped

in sin, we are really showing mercy and not just loving them, but showing mercy. We are also reminded

mercy. When we talk about the divine mercy, there are five different ways that we celebrate or

acknowledge this devotion. There is a feast day. There is an image of the divine mercy. There is a novena, which is a prayer that we say over nine days.

There is a chaplet, which is a prayer said with rosary beads. And finally, there is an hour of mercy.
