Today is Tuesday, November 19th, 20204.

This week on the Catholic Sprouts podcast, we are talking about the letter K as we work

our way through the Catholic ABCs, and K stands for

Krama. As we learned yesterday, the corigma is a summary of what we believe as Christians,

of basically the Christian life, and armed with the corigma, with this powerful summary,

we are called to go out into the world and to proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord

and invite others to come and follow him with us.

Today we are going to look at the very first part of the corigma, which is that God

loves you and has a plan for your life. But before we get there, please join me in our November

prayer as we remember the Holy Souls in Purgatory. We are learning and praying St. Gertrude's Prayer.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer thee the most precious blood of thy divine son, Jesus, and union with the masses

said throughout the world, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere,

for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen.

So as we said, the charygma is a summary of all that we believe as Christians.

So I'm going to read the whole thing to you again, but listen to the first part,

which is what we are going to be talking about today.
