My name is Matt Engold from Metanoia Catholic, and I am back with you as your host

this week on the Catholic Sprout's podcast.

Today is Thursday, September 12th, 2024, and the Feast of the Most Holy Name of Mary.

Now, the church venerates the holy name of Mary

on September 12th, as it does the name of Jesus on January 3rd. And we do this because the church

considers Mary a name of honor because Mary was the mother of God. And it's so fitting to honor

a name this week as we're exploring in a lot of ways our own name. When we're looking at

our unique design, we're coming to understand who we are, who God created us to be. The mission

that he has for us, a name communicates not only identity, but also mission. And folks,

Sprouts, you have an amazing mission that God has given and is given to you alone. So let's dive into

that unique design exploration a little bit more today and learn about how fearfully, wonderfully,

unique and unrepeatably made you are in the mission that God has given to you.

Yesterday we talked about motivations. Today, we're going to be reflecting on something called your ideal

conditions. So what are ideal conditions? Ideal conditions are those environments, like the

settings where it's when things are set up this way, it's really easy for us to show up in our

gifts as our best selves, all right? It's really easy for us to even be motivated and excited about

doing whatever it is that we're doing, all right? Be really engaged. I think a good example of

a way of looking at ideal conditions is thinking of kind of a, thinking of plants, all right?
