My name is Sir Roland Paterlot, and you're listening to Saturdays with Sir Roland on Catholic

Sprouts where every Saturday we discuss the art of dragon slain.

Today is the feast of St. Hunipro-Sara. He established mission churches all along the coast of California's Sane. Today is the Feast of St. Hunipro Serra. He established mission churches

all along the coast of California in the 1700s. He was an extraordinary missionary who shared

the Catholic faith of the natives and taught them sound methods of agriculture, cattle raising,

and arts and crafts. One interesting thing to note about St. Hunipro Serra was that shortly

after he arrived in the new world,

he suffered a spider bite on his leg that got infected, which made it challenging for him to walk the

rest of his life. That makes his accomplishments even more remarkable as a missionary. I must admit,

I do have a fear of spiders. I know God never makes mistakes, but I think the jury is still out on

spiders, ticks, and mosquitoes.

But I'll ask for St. Uniper O'Sero's intercession to be a great missionary and not to let my fear of spiders stop me. Now, last week, we talked about the number seven, and how it is holy in a sign of the

first creation where God created the world in seven days, and a sign of the covenant with Noah,

because there are seven colors in the rainbow, or the sign of the covenant with Noah, because there are

seven colors in the rainbow, or the spectrum of light, which we have discussed in our series

on the seven deadly dragons.

But what color is beyond violet, the last color on the visible light spectrum?
