0:35.3	join me in praying, come Holy Spirit, which St. Cotiri, our patron this month in the B.S.
0:42.1	A St. Kids Club, is challenging us to learn.
0:45.5	In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen.
0:51.1	Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love.
0:58.6	Send forth your spirit and they shall be created and you shall renew the face of the earth.
1:05.4	O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful,
1:11.9	grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy his consolations. Through Christ, our Lord, amen.
1:22.1	So, like I said, this month in the B.S. A. St. Kittiri is our guide. We have already talked about some of the
1:30.8	things she is challenging us to do, for example, resting on Sunday. But today we are going to talk
1:37.1	about another of her challenges. She challenges us to take a nature walk and to while walking,
1:43.8	really take in the wonder of creation.
1:47.6	Now, if you don't know anything about St. Cotiri, here is a little bit about her. So St. Coteri
1:53.8	lived in the mid-1600s. She lived in what is now New York State, but she lived before the United States was fully formed,
2:04.2	and she was a Mohawk Indian. Her mother and father unfortunately died when she was very young of a
2:12.1	smallpox epidemic. Before they died, however, her parents had converted to Christianity. After they died,
2:20.2	Kateri went to live with her uncle, who was a chief. He unfortunately was not Christian,
2:26.2	and he forbade her from practicing the Christian religion. And yet, through meeting different
2:32.7	missionaries and other Native Americans who had converted,
