1:17.0	So yesterday we talked about the fact that the Eucharist is truly Jesus Christ, his body, blood, soul, and divinity, and how we have been given little miraculous clues and breadcrumbs

1:36.7	We're going to talk about how I need to be in order to receive Holy Communion and perhaps
1:42.8	times when I should refrain from receiving Holy Communion,
