podcast, we are talking about the very first parts of the Mass. But before we go back to that,

I'd like to welcome you to the month of March. March in the B.S.A. Kids Club is under the patronage of Blessed Peter Kbe. Now, Blessed Peter was a priest. He lived in Japan in the late 1500s, although he was only ordained a priest after he traveled mostly by foot from Japan,

0:59.5

through the Holy Land, all the way to Rome. And after walking for years, he was finally ordained

1:06.3

and they wanted him to stay, perhaps rest, minister to the people in Italy, but he said absolutely not.

1:13.1

Almost immediately he turned around and began walking back to Japan, met all sorts of problems

2:18.0

It's dangerous.

2:19.5

And so we should really value the time that we can spend in Mass each Sunday.

2:25.5

So Blessed Peter KBah has a whole bunch of challenges for us this month in the B.S.

2:29.9

St. Kids Club.

2:31.5

He would like us to make a pilgrimage, to discern our own vocation, to do something

2:38.2

really bold and incredible for Jesus. And also, he is challenging us to memorize a surrender

2:45.0

prayer. Now, the surrender prayer is beautiful. It also really gets to the heart of all that we can give Jesus,

2:52.6

all that we have that he values, and that he can use for his great work. So let's say that
